Pneumatic Air Regulators
( Customer review)
Each pneumatic system has an optimal operating pressure and exceeding this pressure results in excessive wear and wastes compressed air. Regulators are designed to maintain a consistent prescribed outlet pressure regardless of the inlet pressure and also maintain a consistent pressure regardless of flow rate requirements. The precision needed to maintain the regulation and flow requirements determines the type and cost of regulators needed.
Pneumatic cylinder (sometimes known as air cylinders) is switch use the power of compressed gas to produce a force in a reciprocating linear motion.Like hydraulic cylinders, something forces a piston to move in the desired direction. The piston is a disc or cylinder, and the piston rod transfers the force it develops to the object to be moved. Engineers sometimes prefer to use pneumatics because they are quieter, cleaner, and do not require large amounts of space for fluid storage. It conforms to ISO: 15552 (Previously ISO: 6431)Low friction, long life
FRL Unit
( Customer review)
FRL UNIT is basically combination of Air filter, Air regulator an Air lubricator.
Diaphragm valves are bi-directional, on-off throttle valves. They are used to control fluid flow by regulating the area with which media can enter and exit the valve, effectively changing its speed and velocity. The most common diaphragm valves use pneumatic actuators; in this type of valve, air pressure is applied through a pilot valve into the actuator which in turn raises the diaphragm and opens the valve. This type of valve is one of the more common valves used in operations where valve speed is a necessity.AVAILABLE IN BRASS, STAINLESS STEEL, HIGH PRESURE APPLICATION
Solenoid Valve Coils
( Customer review)
In the absence of electrical supply, manually operated valves such as Hand Lever Valves are used. The functioning is the same; however, the solenoid coil is replaced by a hand lever, which controls the movement of the spool inside the valve, thereby allowing the air to pass.
Pneumatic cylinder accessories are used for mounting or for coupling it to a load. Some accessories are included in ISO 6432 and ISO 15552, so they can be interchanged with any brand. However, they can be used with non-ISO cylinders if the mounting specifications match. Mounting accessories will affect system performance, reliability, and overall design. Based on the intended function and system requirements, the correct mounting accessories can be selected.
Pneumatic Push In Fitting
( Customer review)
The Push - In One Touch Fittings series pneumatic piping joints excelling in quick fitting, accurate jointing and compact design are suited to the pneumatic systems necessary for automation and labor saving. The tube can be fitted and detached easily, so that workability is remarkably improved. Pressure loss is reduced. A large volume of compressed air can be fed with least pressure loss without air leak. Moreover the joints have a compact design. Thus the joints will satisfy strict user's demands.

Pneumatic Quick Coupler
( Customer review)
Quick disconnect fittings (abbreviated as “QDCs” or “QDs”) are used to provide fast and easy connection and disconnection of fluid lines. These fittings are also known as quick connects or quick release couplings. They often are used to replace fitting connections which require tools to assemble and disassemble.
Pneumatic P.U Pipes are mandatory in all Pneumatic applications and we keep a vast range from 4 mm up to 16 mm. There are also several variations of Pipes such as Coiled Hose, Hose Reels which is all available under our roof.
Directional control valves are used in pneumatic systems to direct or stop the flow of compressed air or oil to their appliances. They are probably the most used elements in pneumatic systems and can be used for example to actuate a cylinder, a larger industrial valve, or air tools. The valves can have two or more ports and fulfil various circuit functions. The function and behaviour of the valve can be indicated by a symbol. The symbol however doesn't explain the construction of the valve. Directional control valves can be actuated by different means, such as manual actuation or solenoid actuation. This article focuses on the different directional solenoid valves for pneumatic systems.
