In a direct acting solenoid valve, a coil magnetically opens the valve in a direct action, lifting the shaft and the seat of the valve without depending on outside pressure.
In pilot operated valves, the plunger opens up the pilot opening while built-up pressure causes the valve to open and close. Although piloted valves require less electrical energy to operate, they usually need to maintain full power in order to remain in an open state, and they perform at a slower rate than direct acting solenoids. Direct acting solenoid valves only need full power when opening the valve, as they can hold their open position even when operating on low power.
Solenoid Two way valves
( Customer review)
Each of the two ports on a two-way valve is alternately used to permit flow as well as close it off. A two-way valve can be specified to be either “normally open" or “normally closed” in its operation. With a normally open valve, the valve remains open until some type of current is applied to close the valve. Suspension of the electrical power causes the valve to automatically reopen to its normal state. A normally closed solenoid valve is the most common, working in the opposite fashion, remaining closed until a power source causes it to open
Solenoid Three way valve
( Customer review)
Three way valves come with three ports. These are commonly used when alternate and exhaustive pressure is required for operation, as with a coffee machine or dishwasher.
Diaphragm operated valves
( Customer review)
Diaphragm valves (or membrane valves) consists of a valve body with two or more ports, a diaphragm, and a "weir or saddle" or seat upon which the diaphragm closes the valve. The valve is constructed from either plastic or metal.
Hand Lever Valve
( Customer review)
Hand Lever Valves are used to operate Pneumatic Cylinders. In the absence of electrical supply, manually operated valves such as Hand Lever Valves are used. The functioning is the same, however, the solenoid coil is replaced by a hand lever, which controls the movement of the spool inside the valve, thereby allowing the air to pass.
Foot padal valve
( Customer review)
Foot Pedal Valves are used to operate Pneumatic Cylinders. In the absence of electrical supply, manually operated valves such as Foot Pedal Valves are used. The functioning is the same, however, the solenoid coil is replaced by a foot pedal, which controls the movement of the spool inside the valve, thereby allowing the air to pass.
Roller valve
( Customer review)
Roller Lever Valves are used to actuate the movement of Pneumatic Cylinders. In the absence of electrical supply, manually operated valves such as Roller Lever Valves are used. The functioning is the same, however, the solenoid coil is replaced by a Rolling lever, which actuates the movement of air inside the valve, and out to the Cylinder.
Push pull valve
( Customer review)
Push Pull Valves are used to operate Pneumatic Cylinders. In the absence of electrical supply, manually operated valves such as Push Pull Valves are used. The functioning is the same; however, the solenoid coil is replaced by a knob, which controls the movement of the spool inside the valve, thereby allowing the air to pass.
Pneumatic air cylinders
( Customer review)
Pneumatic cylinder(s) (sometimes known as air cylinders) are switch use the power of compressed gas to produce a force in a reciprocating linear motion.Like hydraulic cylinders, something forces a piston to move in the desired direction. The piston is a disc or cylinder, and the piston rod transfers the force it develops to the object to be moved. Engineers sometimes prefer to use pneumatics because they are quieter, cleaner, and do not require large amounts of space for fluid storage.Because the operating fluid is a gas, leakage from a pneumatic cylinder will not drip out and contaminate the surroundings, making pneumatics more desirable where cleanliness is a requirement. For example, in the mechanical puppets of the Disney Tiki Room, pneumatics is used to prevent fluid from dripping onto people below the puppets.
Pneumatic fittings
( Customer review)
The Push - In One Touch Fittings series pneumatic piping joints excelling in quick fitting, accurate jointing and compact design are suited to the pneumatic systems necessary for automation and labor saving. The tube can be fitted and detached easily, so that workability is remarkably improved. Pressure loss is reduced. A large volume of compressed air can be fed with least pressure loss without air leak. Moreover the joints have a compact design. Thus the joints will satisfy strict user's demands.
Air filters
( Customer review)
Compressed air is hot, wet, and dirty. Air filters clean contaminants from compressed air to insure proper, consistent operation and to reduce wear on mechanical parts.
